Introduction

Welcome to Seinlucky, an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at seinlucky.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Seinlucky ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") concerning your access to and use of the Platform and all services offered therein.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to and use of the Seinlucky Platform is conditional upon the User satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We may require documentary proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be verified.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, account suspension, or voluntary exclusion on the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You must not hold more than one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, you are solely responsible for the security and activity associated with your Account. Specifically:

• Credentials Security: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify us immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account Accuracy: You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and current. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• One Account Per Person: Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain only one Account. The use of shared devices, IP addresses, or payment methods by multiple registered users may trigger an investigation.
• No Account Transfers: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The sale, assignment, or transfer of your Account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Seinlucky processes all Account transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following provisions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• The Platform supports the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted via BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20), and LTC.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close an Account if funds are found to originate from an unverified, fraudulent, or third-party source.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• The Company targets processing of most withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow channels. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, subject to the receiving institution's processing times.
• The Company reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements prior to processing.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of request.

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers, bonuses, and incentives made available by Seinlucky are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per User, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of winnings derived from such funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary. Sports bets, live dealer games, and selected slots may contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• Bonus Funds have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the applicable expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagers placed or winnings accrued prior to such withdrawal shall be honoured in accordance with the original terms.
• Where the Company reasonably believes that a User is exploiting bonus offers or engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-margin wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements — the Company reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the Seinlucky Platform are subject to the following rules:

• Wager Finality: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the Company will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on available records. The Company's decision in such cases shall be final.
• Void Bets: The Company reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of odds pricing errors, data feed failures, or where a wager was placed after an event's outcome was already determined ("late betting").
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits apply per wager and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market prior to placement. The Company is under no obligation to pay out amounts exceeding applicable limits.
• Game Certification: All casino games offered on the Platform are sourced from certified providers and carry independently verified return-to-player (RTP) rates. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports Betting: Coverage of markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UFC, and other events is subject to availability. Odds are subject to change prior to match commencement. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and confirmed wagers are binding at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with the Seinlucky Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to facilitate the proceeds of crime;
• Creating multiple Accounts or using false identity information for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software bugs found on the Platform. Any exploitation must be reported to support immediately — abuse will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first exhausting Seinlucky's dispute resolution process. Fraudulent chargebacks will be referred to relevant authorities;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Account of another User without authorisation;
• Publishing, distributing, or displaying any content on or about the Platform that is defamatory, misleading, or harmful.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Seinlucky Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and game content — are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant the User any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from the Company;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also be a criminal offence under applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes all liability for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform;
• Losses arising from events of Force Majeure, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor failures, or government-mandated shutdowns;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform, where such inaccuracies are attributable to third-party data providers.

Where the Company's liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the total deposits made by the User during the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant event; or (b) MYR 10,000, whichever is lower.

Responsible Gambling

Seinlucky is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. The following provisions form part of our commitment to player welfare:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for Users aged 21 years and above. Minors must not be permitted to access any Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our support team.

Termination & Suspension

• User-Initiated Closure: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Any verified Account balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC and AML clearance.
• Company-Initiated Suspension: The Company may suspend or restrict your Account immediately and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of: fraud, multi-accounting, AML violations, bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or any breach of these Terms.
• Company-Initiated Closure: The Company may permanently close your Account and forfeit any remaining balance where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed following an investigation.
• Regulatory Compliance: The Company may be required to suspend or close Accounts in compliance with orders from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will endeavour to provide Users with reasonable advance notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law frameworks under which the Platform is licensed and operated.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any translation or version of these Terms in another language, the English-language version shall prevail.
